Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Coach school staff on best practices for classroom management and individual student BIP implementation
Assist with development, training and monitoring of various student behavior management programs
Collaborate with school teams to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students receiving special education
Develop individualized data collection and progress monitoring process for students with behavior intervention plans
Attend and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
Minimum qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) AND Washington State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain a state license
3+ years of experience working as a BCBA or BCaBA
Proven ability to work with diverse populations of adults and students
Record of effective collaboration with related service providers, families, teachers, administrators and outside service providers
Demonstrated ability to use a compassionate, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach to behavior analysis
Preferred qualifications:
3+ years of experience working in a school setting
Experience supporting inclusion of students with disabilities in the public school setting
Knowledge of IDEA and the special education process
Experience conducting FBAs and behavioral consultation in the school setting using a trauma-assumed approach to behavior analysis
Experience implementing ACT-based principles with adults and students
Understanding of organizational behavior management

Reliable transportation with personal vehicle

Work environment:
School settings may include classroom, playground, hallways, gym, cafeteria, etc.
Approximately on-site 70%; remote 30%

Hourly competitive pay starting at $55-60/hr for a W-2 employee
Paid drive time and mileage (IRS reimbursement rate)
