Overview
The Behavioral Therapist plays a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to individuals facing various behavioral and emotional challenges. This position involves working with clients of all ages, including children and the elderly, to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Duties

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Skills

• Proficiency in coding for behavioral health documentation.
• Strong data collection skills for assessing client progress.
• Experience or knowledge in geriatrics, pediatrics, or mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with behavioral health practices and interventions.
• Ability to conduct individual and group counseling sessions effectively.

• Experience in child family counseling approaches is a plus.
