We are seeking a licensed neuropsychologist to join a thriving outpatient behavioral health clinic in Goodyear, AZ. This full-time role offers the chance to provide in-depth neuropsychological evaluations as part of an integrated team dedicated to improving the lives of adolescents and adults. Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (based on experience)

Core Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret neuropsychological evaluations for adolescents and adults with a range of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional concerns
• Assess functional areas including memory, attention, executive skills, learning, and emotional regulation
• Provide thorough, well-structured reports with recommendations for treatment, work accommodations, or school-related support
• Present findings to clients, family members, and referring providers in an accessible, collaborative manner
• Coordinate treatment planning with internal clinicians and outside professionals
• Optional: Participate in clinical training, community workshops, or supervision

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
• Licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist in the state of Arizona
• Postdoctoral training in neuropsychology is highly preferred
• Skilled communicator with a client-centered approach
• Passion for advancing the quality of neuropsychological care across outpatient settings
