We are professional, inclusive, engaging and our goal is to Urban Rebound initiatives Inc.'s mission is to uplift and support women, children, families and individual adults facing difficult and perceived insurmountable challenges of homelessness, through the provision of humane and sound best practices, and supportive social services, case management, and referrals to outcome-oriented community-based services..

Duties/ Responsibilities:

· Conduct intake of new clients

· Perform daily room inspections

· Distribute client supplies and update required inventory

· Orient new clients to facility rules, regulations and protocols

· Deescalate high stress situations

· Provide safe environment for clients

· Ensure facility safety is in tact

· Register new clients into CARES with necessary information

· Provide Leadership with appropriate information as needed

· Maintain accurate records

· Pack up and log client items as needed

Required Skills/ Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to function well in high paced environment

· Bilingual is a plus

Education and Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED required

· Food Handlers certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.23 per hour
