We are looking for clinicians that have the experience to practice with autonomy and are adept at identifying and practicing the evidence-based treatments that are best suited to helping each client. Our clinicians are committed to using professional development to improve their craft and practice by engaging in regular consultation groups and evidence-based continuing education trainings.

Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services is a well-established practice in the Philadelphia Region looking for Pennsylvania and New Jersey licensed Psychologists to join our new New Jersey office and Health Psychology team in Maple Shade, NJ. This position can be a hybrid work from home/office position. The Health Psychology office has well established referral connections with local medical offices and respected regional health systems.

Cardiac Pulmonary Rehab

Gastroenterology

Oncology

Orthopedics/Pain Management

Our clinicians have the option of hourly or salaried positions. Employees are eligible for benefits (health, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement savings match). Requirements

Three (3) years experience providing therapy (and/or formal psychological assessments)
Experience in the Health Psychology field
Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey Psychology License before starting (interview process can be initiated beforehand)

Ideal candidates will have:

Experience in outpatient settings
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current credentialing with major insurers in the area (a plus but not a necessity)
Black, Indigenous and People of Color strongly encouraged to apply
Spanish-fluency is a plus
