About Job

Position Overview:

The Resident Sales & Service Coordinator is the face of our community, playing a key role in driving occupancy through proactive leasing efforts while delivering exceptional service to current and prospective residents. This position blends customer service, sales, and administrative responsibilities to support the overall performance and reputation of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing & Sales
  • Greet, tour, and follow up with prospective residents to convert leads into leases.
  • Conduct community tours and highlight key features, amenities, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activities, and market data.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly leasing goals and occupancy targets.
  • Resident Relations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Foster a welcoming and professional community atmosphere.
  • Assist with resident events, move-ins/outs, and renewal efforts.
  • Marketing & Outreach
  • Participate in local outreach, online listing maintenance, and social media engagement.
  • Distribute marketing materials, manage curb appeal, and support promotional campaigns.
  • Assist with the implementation of leasing specials and resident retention strategies.
  • Administrative Support
  • Process lease applications, credit checks, lease agreements, and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
  • Maintain organized leasing files and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in business, marketing, or real estate preferred.
  • 1+ year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience (multifamily industry preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or Entrata) is a plus.
  • Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
