About the Position

We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team in Central Ohio, with opportunities in New Albany, Gahanna, Dublin, Lewis Center, Powell, Delaware, and Cardington.

Whether you’re entering the ABA field for the first time or bringing prior experience, you’ll receive comprehensive training, individualized mentorship, and structured pathways to help you succeed and grow in your career.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Develop strong, supportive relationships with children with ASD
Help clients achieve meaningful goals through consistent, compassionate care
Collect and document data to track progress and shape treatment plans
Uphold the ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Preferred (Not Required) Backgrounds:

Students or graduates in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Education
Current RBTs looking for mentorship and career advancement
Individuals new to ABA who are excited to begin a meaningful and rewarding career
