Do you have a passion for training, process improvement, and client experience? We’re looking for a Client Success Team Trainer to empower our Client Success Managers (CSMs) and Disbursement Representatives with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to deliver outstanding support to our clients.
In this role, you won’t just facilitate training—you’ll shape the way we serve. You’ll design and lead learning programs that blend communication skills, customer service best practices, and cutting-edge technology, including AI tools and automation. You’ll be a key player in standardizing excellence across the team through SOP development, certification oversight, and CEU compliance.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Expertise in developing and delivering high-impact training materials
A knack for translating complex systems and tools (like CRMs and AI platforms) into simple, actionable learning
Experience tracking performance and coaching for growth
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory training standards
Strong collaboration skills—you're comfortable partnering with leadership, peers, and cross-functional teams
An eye for operational consistency and a habit of maintaining clear, up-to-date SOPs
Ability to lead certification programs and manage CEU tracking for compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and lead onboarding and continuing education for CSMs and Disbursement Reps
Deliver training on communication skills, DMP programs, client portals, and AI tools
Monitor and coach trainee performance through assessments and feedback
Lead certification initiatives and manage CEU records
Collaborate with leadership to align training with strategic goals
Maintain and evolve SOP documentation to support regulatory and quality standards
Stay ahead of industry trends to keep training current and impactful
Participate in special projects and team initiatives as needed
