WEEKDAY RESIDENT AIDE- FULL-TIME- 2p-10p

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen calls via Emergency Hotline
• Responsible for shift assessment intakes by phone and in person for possible shelter entry as well as new client orientation
• Reinforce facility rules
• Document and transition shelter shift updates
• Oversee shelter resident needs and ensure safety
• Ensure a clean and hygienic environment by assisting in daily cleaning for shelter upkeep
• Complete Daily Operations Tasks
• Data entry documentation
• Provide Advocacy and Crisis Intervention
• Assist with Meal Preparation and serving dinner as needed

*Experience working in a Domestic Violence and/or Homeless Shelter Preferred.

*Position will require Holiday and Coverage assistance outside of hired schedule; as needed

Job Type: Full-time
