Your Role as a BCBA:

As a Hybrid BCBA at New Dawn ABA, you will have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a difference in the lives of children with autism. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed behavioral assessments.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring RBTs in home, school, and community settings.
  • Collaborating with families and other service providers to ensure a wraparound approach.
  • Upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to delivering ethical, high-quality services to children and families.

Pay: $70.00 - $95.00 per hour
