Summary:
An opportunity is available for experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide center-based ABA services within a collaborative and supportive clinical team. This role emphasizes ethical caseloads, work-life balance, and professional growth through mentorship and exposure to innovative ABA practices such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT).
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical consultation and oversee individualized treatment programming
- Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote long-term client success
- Mentor and develop team members to maximize clinical potential
- Stay current with and implement advanced ABA methodologies, including RFT
- Participate in trainings, conferences, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong leadership and clinical expertise
- Commitment to improving client outcomes and supporting team development
- Effective communicator and collaborator with staff and caregivers
- Passion for mentoring clinicians and delivering ethical, evidence-based care
- Interest in continued learning and applying advanced ABA techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst: 5 years (Required)
