We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty and Technical Service Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our customers get the support they need—quickly and professionally.

Position Summary:

As an HVAC Warranty and Technical Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims, providing basic technical support, and acting as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by helping our customers resolve issues and maintain their systems with confidence.

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC trade and products.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and providing information efficiently.
• Strong Organizational and follow-up skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Process HVAC equipment and parts warranty claims from contractors and dealers.
• Verify claim accuracy and eligibility based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate return of defective parts/equipment and track claim status.
• Provide front-line technical assistance on HVAC products and troubleshooting.
• Escalate advanced technical issues to vendors or in-house technical support.
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding claim approvals and reimbursements.
• Maintain warranty documentation and track data for reporting and analysis.
• Support counter and inside sales teams with technical product information.

Preferred:

• Associate degree in HVAC, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience working in HVAC distribution, dealership, or wholesale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
