We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty and Technical Service Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our customers get the support they need—quickly and professionally.
Position Summary:
As an HVAC Warranty and Technical Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims, providing basic technical support, and acting as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by helping our customers resolve issues and maintain their systems with confidence.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC trade and products.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and providing information efficiently.
- Strong Organizational and follow-up skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Process HVAC equipment and parts warranty claims from contractors and dealers.
- Verify claim accuracy and eligibility based on manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate return of defective parts/equipment and track claim status.
- Provide front-line technical assistance on HVAC products and troubleshooting.
- Escalate advanced technical issues to vendors or in-house technical support.
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding claim approvals and reimbursements.
- Maintain warranty documentation and track data for reporting and analysis.
- Support counter and inside sales teams with technical product information.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in HVAC, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in HVAC distribution, dealership, or wholesale.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
