Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical consultations and oversee personalized treatment programs for both clients and staff
• Partner closely with parents and caregivers to ensure lasting progress beyond therapy sessions
• Mentor and empower team members through coaching, feedback, and collaborative leadership
• Design and integrate cutting-edge ABA approaches, including Relational Frame Theory (RFT), into practice
• Participate in professional growth opportunities, such as GABA conferences or industry training events

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
