We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Prime Smile Dental. We are a brand new office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA looking for an energetic partner to grow with us. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience by effectively communicating treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and facilitating the patient's journey from consultation to treatment completion. This position has unlimited potential for growth for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression of the practice.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to understand their dental needs and goals.
- Explain treatment options, procedures, and associated costs clearly and comprehensively.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with dentists and specialists.
- Coordinate appointments and treatment scheduling to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Educate patients on financial options, insurance coverage, and payment plans.
- Follow up with patients to address any questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Act as a liaison between patients and the practice, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in dental assisting or office administration is preferred.
- Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve).
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans, billing procedures, and financial arrangements.
