Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our outpatient clinical team. The QMHP will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations across the lifespan, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care, including but not limited to individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This role focuses on assessment, skills development, education, crisis intervention, and service planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and treatment teams.
•Deliver individual and group skills training, psychoeducation, and supportive counseling.
- Provide timely crisis intervention and stabilization support when necessary.• Monitor and document client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care with other providers.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Participate in training and development activities, including CANS/ANSA certification.
- Maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries while working within diverse community settings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related discipline) required.
- Must meet the designation of Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined by state regulations.
- Prior experience in outpatient or community-based mental health services preferred.
- Knowledge of PTSD, trauma-informed care, crisis intervention strategies, and skill-building approaches.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $23.12 per hour
