RECRUITING FOR SOCIAL WORKER POSITIONS for our Midstate Location in Marcy, NEW YORK

Central New York Psychiatric Center is currently seeking Licensed Master Social Workers. These positions are located within Midstate Correctional Facility.

Licensed Master Social Worker:

Qualifications:

License and current registration in New York State as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Central New York Psychiatric Center, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides culturally competent and evidence-based treatment and support services in a recovery-oriented environment to individual with mental illness.

Duties include:

• Providing crisis intervention, service linkages, and discharge planning
• Developing treatment plans with individuals and treatment team; monitoring and evaluating progress; and modifying treatment plans as needed
• Determining discharge needs and appropriate community resources
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with community providers to ensure continuity of care

Pay: $72,032.00 - $91,381.00 per year
