Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee flooring installation projects from contract review through project completion. You'll work closely with Lowe’s Installed Sales team, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts and work orders for accuracy
• Coordinate product deliveries and schedule installations
• Communicate with Lowe’s staff and subcontractors to ensure job readiness
• Track installation progress and resolve issues as they arise
• Manage subcontractor recruitment, onboarding, and field communication
• Address customer inquiries and perform follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
• Process invoices, chargebacks, and confirm project completion documentation
• Maintain accurate project records and data entry
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or installation project coordination preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math and troubleshoot issues in real-time

Physical Requirements

• Primarily indoor office setting with occasional time in warehouse or job site environments
• Quiet to moderate noise levels depending on location
