As an ARNP with our practice, you will provide high-quality, virtual care for a diverse patient population. Your role will involve conducting assessments, medication management, therapy, and follow-up care through secure telehealth platforms.

Description

Location: Remote (Washington State Applicants Only)

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation: $90-100 per Patient

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments, medication management, and follow-up care via secure video conferencing platforms.
Provide virtual counseling, therapy, and mental health support as appropriate for patients.
Develop and manage individualized care plans, adjusting as needed based on patient progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, counselors, and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.
Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with practice policies and regulations.
Stay current with the latest clinical practices, medication protocols, and mental health treatments.

Qualifications:

Current (PMHNP) licensure and DEA in Washington State Preferred, may consider another state.
Previous experience in primary care, medication management, and/or mental health counseling (preferred).
Comfort with and ability to conduct telehealth visits effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Must be located in Washington State.
