Job Title: Social worker/ Adult Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker/Adult Outpatient Therapist to provide clinical services—including assessments, therapy, and care coordination—for adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling.
• Must obtain MI state licensure LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC or LLP within 60 days of hire (extension up to 60 days possible)
• QMHP credential required within 120 days of hire
• Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals diagnosed with mental illness (includes internships)
• Able to work with diverse populations.

Shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours Per Day: 8.00

Days Per Week: 5.00

Hours Per Week: 40.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
