About Job

Overview
We are seeking a Masters level Social Worker who required supervision to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services specifically cognitive training (Brain Training-Executive Functioning) to clients in need of support and guidance. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives by offering therapeutic interventions and mental health services.

Duties
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Skills
- Proficiency in social work principles and practices
- Experience in working with diverse populations, including those involved in Section 8 housing or childcare services
- Knowledge of behavioral health theories and interventions
- Ability to provide counseling in crisis situations
- Proficient in mentoring and guiding individuals through challenges
- Experience in addiction counseling and child welfare services
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
