*Job Summary*

Evolve Mental Health Services Inc. is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals of all ages, focusing on various mental health concerns and emotional well-being.

*Duties*

- Conduct individual therapy sessions

- Develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs

- Assess clients for mental health disorders and provide appropriate interventions

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, and grief counseling

- Work with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients

- Provide counseling services in an outpatient setting

*Skills*

- Proficiency in psychopharmacology and understanding of medication management for mental health conditions

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines for behavioral health professionals

- Experience in special education or working with individuals with diverse needs

- Expertise in grief counseling and supporting clients through difficult life transitions

- Familiarity with geriatric mental health issues and effective interventions for older adults

- Ability to work with children and adolescents using age-appropriate therapeutic techniques

- Experience in both outpatient settings for comprehensive client care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
