Responsibilities:
-Triage of incoming phone calls
-Returning patient phone calls
-Scheduling same day appointments for urgent concerns
-Supporting providers with faxing forms

Requirements:
- LPN degree from an accredited institution
-Valid LPN license to practice in the state of New York
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred skills:
-Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatments, and medications, or at least 1 year experience working in the mental health field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
