Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse population, including children, families, and older adults. The LCSW will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and child family counseling.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic practices and contribute to the field of social work.
• Stay current with medical terminology and best practices in social work, pediatrics, geriatrics, and Christian counseling as applicable.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness within the community.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of practice.
• Experience in clinical settings, particularly with pediatrics or geriatrics, is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical records management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques including but not limited to motivational interviewing and family counseling approaches.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical research initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48.52 - $53.78 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
