At Golden Resources ABA, we provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and their families, both in-home and in community-based settings. As a Behavior Therapist at Golden Resources ABA you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism and their families.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing skill acquisition plans, behavior protocols and behavior support plans as written by the supervising BCBA
• Create and maintain a safe, fun and stimulating environment
• Collect accurate data throughout each session
• Complete thorough and timely session notes
• Consistently communicate with the supervising BCBA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college experience preferred)
• Experience in working with children with autism a plus but not required
• Self-motivated to learn and grow professionally
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to actively play with kids for 20 minutes at a time, stand, sit, squat, bend, twist and lift 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
