We're looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team. As a BCBA at Inspire Horizons, you'll manage a caseload, lead behavior technicians and RBTs, collaborate with caregivers, and most importantly - help kids make meaningful progress. We're not a place where you'll be micromanaged or burned out. You'll have daily support, realistic billable expectations, and the freedom to practice how you were trained to: ethically, collaboratively, and thoughtfully.
