Job Overview
The Clinical Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations of our outpatient behavioral health clinic. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with behavioral health needs. The Clinical Director will lead program management and development efforts, supervise clinical staff, and foster relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of clinical programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals and improve service outcomes.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability of clinical programs.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing guidance on case management and therapeutic interventions.
  • Foster strong relationships with community partners, families, and other stakeholders to support individuals receiving services.
  • Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the provision of services.
  • Participate in administrative functions such as policy development, quality assurance, and strategic planning.

  • Proven experience in supervising staff within a clinical or social work environment.
  • Excellent relationship management abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
