Spring Health ABA Center is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in Tampa, FL. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of autistic children by providing high-quality behavioral support and supervision.

Position Details:

• Location: Tampa/Riverview/Brandon, FL
• Schedule: Flexible; full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs
• Conduct behavioral assessments and assist in treatment planning
• Monitor client progress and modify interventions as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Active BCaBA certification through the BACB
• At least one year of experience working in the field of ABA
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Tampa area if needed
