Spring Health ABA Center is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team in Tampa, FL. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional seeking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of autistic children by providing high-quality behavioral support and supervision.
Position Details:
- Location: Tampa/Riverview/Brandon, FL
- Schedule: Flexible; full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs
- Conduct behavioral assessments and assist in treatment planning
- Monitor client progress and modify interventions as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Active BCaBA certification through the BACB
- At least one year of experience working in the field of ABA
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Tampa area if needed
