Overview
Best Ever ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. Our mission is to transform the lives of children with Autism through passionate and data-driven care. Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments / reassessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Create ABA curriculum plans and behavior intervention plans tailored to the specific needs of each client
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers ensuring high-quality service delivery
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports of assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and session notes to maintain compliance
Coordinate and communicate with parents and case managers to maintain a high level of care and quality assurance
Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
Comfortable providing in-home services

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
