Experienced Patient Services Coordinator

Impact Healthcare is looking for an experienced patient services coordinator to add to our Primary/Urgent Care team. We are looking to add a candidate with medical front office experience. Our ideal candidate will share our commitment to patient-centered care and have a passion for taking patient care to the next level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Answering and routing incoming calls.

● Scheduling patient appointments.

● Updating patient records, including insurance information.

● Knowledge of medical billing.

● Perform administrative daily tasks.

● Knowledge of working electronic health records.
