Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Note: This is an entry-level position. Training will be provided.

Join our team as a Behavior Technician and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism! As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide one-on-one therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, collect data on client progress, and assist with behavior support plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of individuals with autism.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about working with individuals with autism and have a strong desire to make a positive impact. If you have previous experience in this field or possess knowledge of ABA principles, we encourage you to apply. However, no prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
