Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 8th Grade

Position Overview:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated, flexible, and experienced School Psychologist to serve students in grades K8 for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position based in Phoenix, Arizona, with eligibility for a hybrid work model (minimum of 50% onsite required).

The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional who thrives in a student-centered environment and is equally skilled in psychoeducational evaluations and providing direct mental health services to students with social-emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment & Reporting:

    • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for initial and reevaluation purposes.

    • Prepare detailed, timely, and legally compliant evaluation reports.

    • Participate in MET, IEP, and 504 meetings as a key team member.

  • Direct Services:

    • Provide individual and group counseling to students with social-emotional and behavioral needs.

    • Design and deliver evidence-based SEL interventions.

    • Collaborate with staff to implement behavior intervention plans and tiered supports.

  • Consultation & Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with general and special education teachers, school counselors, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being.

    • Provide input in MTSS processes, risk assessments, and crisis response planning.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

    • Ensure documentation meets all Arizona Department of Education and IDEA requirements.

    • Maintain accurate student records and timely service logs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters, Specialist, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from a NASP-accredited program.

  • Current Arizona School Psychologist Certificate or eligibility by start date.

  • Experience in K8 school settings preferred.

  • Strong skills in psychological testing, counseling, and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Proficient in virtual platforms and teletherapy tools (if applicable to hybrid work).
