Hiring for a BCBA
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (TX) or willing to obtain upon hire
CPR Certified preferred
Onboarding new clients
Ensuring the center is properly staffed with RBTs, BCBA's & BCaBA's in order to manage a balanced caseload.
Assist with or conduct BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT interviews
Perform Initial Assessments and Reassessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, ABLLS, Vineland, ect.)
Create individualized and research-based treatment plans
Analyze client progress weekly and update programs as needed
Conduct parent meetings/trainings weekly
Supervise other BCBA's, BCaBAs, student analyst pursuing their BCBA certification, and supervising RBTs in-center
Oversee the operations assistant and their daily task.
Assist with or hold staff meetings and trainings
Correspond with insurance providers, treatment report writing, and peer review calls.
Assist with or complete all related documentation in order to acquire authorizations
Assisting with opening/closing the center
Job Type: Full-time
Billable Requirement 20-30 hours per week

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
