- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student success.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
- Assist in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Massachusetts state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain).
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills.
