Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
(Home/Center Hybrid)
Location: Quincy, MA and surrounding areas
Pay: $50.00- $70.00 per hour

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll lead a team of behavior technicians, oversee treatment plans, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure high-quality ABA services in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision and oversight to clinical team members in home, community, and center settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
Conduct ongoing assessments of client progress and behavior
Monitor implementation of behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with other service providers and stakeholders to improve treatment outcomes
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to clinical teams in professional development and provide feedback on performance
Requirements
Active BCBA certification & willingness to obtain MA license (LABA)
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
2-5 Years Of ABA Experience (supervisory Experience Preferred)
Strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills
Valid MA driver's license & willingness to travel locally
Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole is a plus!
