Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205 We are currently seeking a caring and collaborative School Social Worker to join our team at Jackson Elementary School. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support students across the K - 5 continuum.
Position Overview:
The School Social Worker will provide direct services, consultation, and advocacy to support student success, family engagement, and positive school climates.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small group counseling for students with social-emotional or behavioral needs
• Support crisis response and collaborate with staff to implement behavior intervention strategies
• Engage with families and connect them to local resources and supports
• Participate in MTSS teams and contribute to school-wide social-emotional initiatives
