We are currently looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to become a part of our Cole Health team where your days are centered around your passions, growth aspirations, and extreme job satisfaction. Become part of the Cole Difference.
Hourly Rate: $16.00-$20.00 depending on RBT Competency Exam/Experience
Location: 12407 Hymeadow Drive, Austin, TX 78750 (N. Austin)
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Energetic individual who enjoys working with children with special needs
- Willing to work with children with diagnoses such as Autism and who may display challenging behaviors
- Willing to implement behavior support plans targeting behavior reduction.
- Teach self-help skills, self-advocacy skills, and social skills.
- Ability to accept feedback while receiving daily coaching, clinical supervision, and employment supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through in-person observation and via the camera monitoring system.
- Collect and summarize data as specified by the individualized treatment plan.
- A commitment to show up every day and to be part of a team-oriented work environment where staff work together for the collective good of patient care and each other.
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool/Infant Teacher, Montessori Guide, Tutor, Substitute Teacher
- Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Behavioral Health Technicians
- Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher
- Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology degree (a college degree in any field preferred)
- Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, Life Skills Assistant
