Mindful Healing Behavioral Health Care is a clinic serving individuals and families across Seattle and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to empowering our clients through culturally sensitive, evidence-based therapy. We’re expanding our team and looking for licensed, driven mental health professionals who are passionate about making a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
- Offer support across various life challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
- Provide both in-person and virtual counseling sessions.
- Educate clients about community resources and support networks.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Active Washington State License: LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
- Cultural competency and a passion for inclusive care.

Pay: $27.33 - $35.00 per hour
