About Us:

As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our wraparound services to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us in a consultative capacity to help develop and launch our ABA program.

Position Overview:
This is a temporary, consulting position designed to support the development of a new ABA service line within our organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to design the clinical model, assist with documentation and compliance, and guide us through the credentialing process with insurance providers. There is no expectation of immediate clinical work, though the opportunity to transition into a leadership or service delivery role may be available post-launch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a clinical consultant for the development of ABA services

  • Support credentialing and compliance efforts with Medicaid and commercial insurance

Who This is Perfect For:

  • A BCBA looking to expand into program development or consulting
  • A professional passionate about building new systems of care
  • Someone excited about shaping culturally responsive, community-rooted ABA services
  • A candidate open to future involvement in the program once launched (optional)

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience in program development, supervision, or ABA administration preferred
  • Strong knowledge of insurance credentialing processes and clinical standards
  • Commitment to equity, cultural humility, and family-centered approaches

Compensation:
