- Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments.
- Confidently recommend/promote services.
- Outbound customer satisfaction calls.
- Respond to customer email & chats.
- Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
- Follow up with customers who are overdue for service.
- Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives.
- Log customer information and purify database.
- Make outbound calls to internet leads for sales department.
- Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
