Reports To: Clinical Supervisor / BCBA
Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends or evenings may be required)

Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate Lead Registered Behavior Technician (Lead RBT) to provide high-quality behavioral support while mentoring and guiding fellow RBTs. This role blends direct service with leadership responsibilities to ensure our clinical team is cohesive, confident, and client-focused.
As the Lead RBT, you’ll be a key player in fostering clinical integrity, modeling best practices, and creating a nurturing environment for both clients and team members.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings using naturalistic, relationship-based approaches
- Support training, onboarding, and mentorship of RBTs and behavior technicians
- Model compassionate, effective behavior intervention strategies during sessions
- Assist BCBAs with treatment fidelity checks, session overlap, and skill acquisition tracking
- Provide real-time feedback and promote a positive learning environment for team members
- Ensure data collection and documentation meet clinical standards
- Communicate effectively with families and clinical staff
- Help maintain a fun, organized, and collaborative workspace
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent training sessions as needed
What You Bring
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services, with proven leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Confidence in coaching peers and supporting team growth
- Flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude
- CPR/BLS certification and background check clearance (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
