Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students in PreK-12th grade.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to meet diverse student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Provide training and resources to school staff on psychological best practices and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Active WA ESA credential is required.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology or Education Psychology with a focus on school settings.
- Proven experience in psychological testing and case management within K-12 environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
