About the Juntos Program:

Juntos provides temporary shelter to unaccompanied children and teenagers who have crossed the southern border into the United States and are in need of a safe place to live. Our goal is to help children through these difficult circumstances and to minimize the impact by providing a warm and caring home that seeks to reunite children with their family. Services are focused on the safety of every child in our care. We utilize a Nurtured Heart, a trauma-informed care approach, which emphasizes physical, psychological, and emotional safety for the children in our care and helps them rebuild a sense of control.
