Qualifications

• Required Certification: BCBA Certification
• Additional Licensure (if applicable):
• North Carolina, Arizona, Tennessee: Must hold LBA (Licensed Behavioral Analyst)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
• Conduct client assessments and prepare treatment reports
• Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct quarterly competency assessments for team members
• Analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach

Compensation

• Varies by Location:
• North Carolina: $75,000 - $90,000
• Arizona: $80,000 - $100,000
• Indiana: $75,000 - $85,000
• Georgia: $75,000 - $90,000
• Virginia: $75,000 - $85,000
