Responsibilities
- Individual supervision of therapy cases for psychiatry residents, psychology interns, and psychology externs.
- Participate in group supervision of psychology interns’ and externs’ psychological/neuropsychological testing cases in collaboration with other staff psychologists.
- Providing clinical didactics to psychiatry residents and psychology interns and externs and providing testing didactics to psychology interns and externs.
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical, combined Clinical-School, or Counseling Psychology.
- Current NYS licensure or license-eligibility as a psychologist.
- Four years post-licensure experience as a psychologist.
- Extensive psychological/neuropsychological assessment experience.
- Individual, group, and family therapy experience.
- Intake interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Experience and/or interest in directing psychology externship practicum
- Fluency in second language is a plus (Spanish, Russian, Chinese, etc.)
