About Job

We are seeking part-time behavioral consultant to provide home and community based applied behavior analysis (ABA) to school age children who have behavioral and learning disorders. Behavioral consultants are responsible for direct services, parent training, completing documentation and keeping accurate records of treatment plans, progress notes and annual reports. This position is five days a week, after school in one location.

Behavioral Consultant Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)orRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field
  • Must be willing to provide services in Upper Manhattan, NY
  • Availability Monday - Friday after school hours
  • At least 3 years experience providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) to school age children diagnosed with Autism

Behavioral Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) to children with Autism
  • Foster strong relationships with families and create a nurturing learning environment in home settings
  • Engage with caregivers to maintain consistent therapeutic schedules
  • Maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual paperwork including daily session notes, progress reports and annual review
