Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Various locations throughout Orange County (In-home, school-based services, clinic-based services)

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing evidence-based interventions in home and school settings, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and designing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA services to children in their homes or schools, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Functional Communication Training (FCT).
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the function(s) of maladaptive behaviors and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that address these behaviors.
- Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies and data collection procedures.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.
- Provide parent training to ensure the generalization and maintenance of learned skills across multiple environments and people.
- Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines, Medicaid requirements, and other funder standards in the delivery of services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including caregivers, teachers, and other professionals, to ensure continuity of care and treatment fidelity.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Medicaid provider number and professional liability insurance are required.
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, including but not limited to reinforcement strategies, extinction procedures, prompting, and behavior shaping.
- Ability to supervise and train RBTs and BCaBAs in the implementation of ABA interventions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client's homes, schools and clinic location.
- Successful completion of pre-employment Level II background screening.
