Job Title: Social Worker

Job Summary:

As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals and families who are facing various challenges and struggles in their lives. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, connecting clients with resources and services, and advocating on their behalf.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Conducting assessments of clients' social and emotional needs

2. Developing individualized treatment plans

3. Providing counseling and therapeutic support

4. Connecting clients with community resources and services

5. Advocating for clients' rights and needs

6. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals

7. Documenting client progress and outcomes

8. Participating in team meetings and case conferences

9. Providing crisis intervention and support

10. Educating clients on coping skills and life skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
• State licensure as a Social Worker
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
• Knowledge of community resources and social services
• Compassion and empathy for others
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Cultural competence and sensitivity
