Overview
We are seeking an experienced clinician holding LMHP or QMHP credentials to join our Virginia team. This role is integral to delivering comprehensive clinical care and supporting our growth as we expand services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough new client intakes, including assessments, treatment planning, and referrals to appropriate providers.
• Lead engaging and effective group interventions, maintaining focus and ensuring key therapeutic messages are delivered.
• Provide individual counseling sessions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation, submitting progress notes within 24 hours and completing all required supporting paperwork in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Potentially supervise and mentor clinical staff as the program grows.

Who we looking for:

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credentialed to practice in Virginia.
• Genuine passion and empathy for individuals facing SUD, mental health, and co-occurring disorders
• .Clinical experience with strong assessment skills and the ability to identify subtle client strengths and challenges.
• Comfortable and skilled at facilitating groups, managing discussions, and fostering a supportive environment
• Ability to connect authentically with clients, helping them feel understood, supported, and hopeful.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
• Committed to compliance, documentation accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
• Adaptable and open to change, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and inspire a clinical team (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and crisis intervention capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $23.18 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

License/Certification:
