Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
$65/hr for Billable Supervision
School & Center-Based | Cases 10–15 Minutes Apart | Admin Support Provided

We’re hiring a passionate BCBA to join our growing team at You & Us aba services LLC. This role supports both school and center-based ABA services or you can choose just one setting, with locations conveniently located within 10–15 minutes of each other. Our team provides full administrative support, so you can focus on clinical work and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and student analysts in accordance with BACB guidelines
• Develop, review, and oversee treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and modify interventions as needed
• Communicate and collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical team
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Strong organizational and clinical skills
• Ability to travel between nearby school and center locations
• Supervision experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual is a plus but not required

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
